Makes sense, wont be at his best until he is in his 30's. Plenty of time on his side. I just hope he is very active and makes the most of being on free tv in Britain.

Thankfully that Fat Boy Chisora wont fight the K2 in the near future. What a Bum.

That's smart. Throwing him in against them would just lead to him getting whipped. He needs seasoning.

It's the perfect move. I'd tack on a few more development fights between the european title and a Klitschko fight, too. Give him some time to develop "grown man" strength. Being that big, he's not physically peaked yet at 22. 3 years of solid training will get him there.

Obviously Manny wouldn't be in his corner if he didn't see an upside. That said, Manny won't allow for him to be fed to a K bros.

I can't see Manny parting with Wlad, ever, so if Vitali is still kicking in 3 years, maybe we'd have that fight. That is if Fury can avoid being exposed by more than 1 fighter between now and then.

Reasonable, he shouldn't get his title shot too early and just get scrapped like Ray Austin or Solis. He needs to be ready, build his way up.

Why take 4 rounds to knock him out when you can wait a few years and knock him out in a round.

The guy is only 22 and has only 15 fights under his belt. He just won the British title against an overweight Chisora so why throw him into the lions den already? He hasn't even peaked physically yet!!!!

Wlad has peaked in both skill and physical ability, he is no1 in the division. Depending on how the fight goes and if Wlad FINALLY decided to let go of that right of his, then it could be a career altering beating Fury gets.

If Fury was at least physically near his peak then maybe, but he hasn't even max'ed out his power yet.

The only reason for this fight going ahead is for Fury to get a good pay day and Wlad gets to improve his image in the UK.
