Basically, after he collapsed, Agbeko was taken to the emergency room and, after an MRI exam, was diagnosed with sciatica, a painful condition that results in weakness or numbness in the legs. It is caused by a compression of the sciatic nerve, which could certainly happen after long periods of sitting-like on an airplane for many hours.

Oh, and if you want to know the real reason Agbeko will win, it is this:

In 2010, to honour Joseph's exploits in the sport of boxing the town of Sogakope in the Volta Region of Ghana enstooled him as a warrior chief. His enstoolment name was Togbe Kaletor I, which means 'Brave Warrior'.
