Will Vitali ever lose in a true way?

Theres nothing dodgy about the win at all. Maybe if boxing was 6 friggin rounds long but no, its 12 rounds and a boxer has to fight all 12 if need be. Vitali was ahead on the scorecards but if you have Lewis's power and connecting regularly, i don't care if you're head is made from granite, that $hit will crack sooner or later. Vitai was taking some huge punches and all respect to him for staying in there until the stoppage.

 

wlad had an muscel injury against chagaev and couldent throw left hooks.

tony thomson was equal untel he gasses, and vitali is by miles better than thompson.

I wasn't trying to say that the Lewis win was dodgy. I was saying that winning on cuts when you are behind only sounds dodgy - but that in the context of this particular fight, it was totally legit.

 

Im not doubting vitali is a harder fight, but skill wise wlad is better

 

I think Vitali fans in general should respect Lewis for hanging out with a prime Vitali and won with a TKO. That was the last great HW title challenge to have taken place, and im glad to have seen it happen.

The difference between a fanatic fan and a boxing fan, a boxing fan wouldn't say that. It was a great fight and either fighter deserved a win but it was Vitali that was stopped. So that makes Lewis the winner. End of story.

Someone will have to define what 'true way' is, because when you've been TKO'd and quit before I think it's safe to say you've lost 'the true way' multiple times.

A TKO loss is a loss, if you cannot continue you loose the fight by TKO.
