Klitschko vs. Adamek: Tomaszs only hope is to just try and survive!

I am a big Vitali fan and I think he will win but Adamek has some serious balls and he is dangerous. Vitali is getting older and if Adamek can out quick him get in and out, hit and not get hit this fight could get interesting.

 

Compared to little brother. Wlad is more destructive with a single punch.

But Vitali hits hard, and with very bad intentions.

 

Yeah but Arreola still landed some good shots on Adamek, and unlike Adamek, Vitali destroyed Arreola. So ok I'm guessing you think Adamek is going to win this fight? For years people have been hyping boxers up and saying they're going to beat the Klitschko brothers and nobody has come close for years. And watch when Vitali beats Adamek people will discredit Vitali and say Adamek was a blown up cruiserweight who never stood a chance. Just like how people made up excuses for Haye and Solis.

 

Adamek had a good power at lower weights. So his power at HW was a big question mark. His previous trainer wanted Adamek to weigh between 230 and 235 pounds. You can see that against Estrada he weighed 220 pounds. Since then he started training with Bloodworth and has been losing the wieght constantly. In his las fight he weighed 215 pounds. What does it have to do with power? Its the trainer's philosophy. Since Gmitruk believed that Adamek needs to have a proper weight (230 pounds) to have adequate power, Bloodworth states that speed is the "power".

 

Adamek doesnt stand a good chance against Wlad. However Vitali is a different story. However both brothers havent fought a HW who can actully move on his feet. Chambers, Chagaev, Arreola, Peter, Sosnowski, Briggs, etc were all standing and trading or moving forward. Haye was looking for a big shot (not moving that much on his feet). At least Adameks constant movement makes him unique at the Klitschkos opposition.

disagree all you want but at least admit Adamek is a different challenge for the brothers. Movement and speed, they gotta catch him first! :rasta

 

He will make a good fight no doubt, but I still don't think Vitali will lose. But nobody has ever outboxed Vitali, so I don't think Adamek will do it, not to mention he doesn't have enough power to even get Vitali's respect. I agree with you though he won't stand there and trade with Vitali, he'll be doing a lot of movement. But I still think Vitali is too big and skilled for him.

 

And Briggs finished the fight. Vitali's a damaging high volume puncher, but not a knockout puncher. He stops most of his opponents after landing in bunches over the course of the fight. I would not be surprised if Adamek sees the final bell.

 

And nobody has ever knocked him out or even down.

Adamek will have boxers chance against Vitali. Alomst every opponent they faced had only punchers chance. That makes a difference.

Boxers chance is always more important than punchers chance.

 

And watch when Adamek outpoints Vitali in a clear UD people will say Vitali got old over night and won´t give Adamek a chance versus Wlad. Examine Adamek´s career from lightheavy. He has always gone into big fights as an underdog. He should be an underdog here, the guy is a friggin lightheavy/cruiser but p4p Adamek is every bit an equal to Vitali.Examine both their resumes and tell me with a straight face that Adamek´s resume is p4p inferior to Vitali´s.

 

The Poles are in for a rude awakening come Sept. 10. Haye would spark Adamek... Vitali is gonna wipe the floor with him.

Most rational people seem to believe that big Vit is going to win. Unfortunately, some Polish posters are overly enthused about this fight... I am merely trying to help those poor souls prepare for the Sept. 10 aftermath. In addition , how is Haye vs WK relevant to Adamek vs VK? Adamek does not posses the power and size of WK, hense, I doubt that the 'hayemaker' would run from him.

No need for insults. Could you elaborate please - how can I be a "newb" if I "changed my name after Haye sucked Wlads load"? It doesn't make sense - you are either a new poster or not... you can't be both at the same time.

 

what can you do though? Expect them to open up and get knocked out? There are ways for the dominating fighter to break down a guy in survival mode also.
