He'll end up signing once Bob increases his gurantee. He deserves that much given his status in the sport. I'm not concern about this fight NOT coming off. I'm sure Bob knows what's up.

Bull****! For Floyd to be guaranteed $40 Million, even if he was getting $15 per PPV share he would have to sell $2+ Million PPV's. The most anyone would be willing to risk would be 1 Million PPV's and that would punt him in the $20 Million guaranteed neighborhood.

Shhhhhhit..... You've seen how many tats PAC has. To suggest he's scare of needles is pointless and to insinuate he's scared of the man he's beaten twice is laughable....Now if we talk about Floyd being scared of PAC...then we has some truth.

The boxing commission under state law has to issue the permit for the fight to happen. People would have to break a whole lot of laws if Pacquiao did not sign the contract in order to sell tickets. The way I understand it the commission has to have both signed contracts in hand before they can issue the permit. NAC 467.310.

I guess you can call it my opinion that Floyd is or WAS scared to fight PAC. But you can't blame a brother for calling a spade a spade. Floyd's acted very suspect when it came to a potential showdown with Manny...and it hasn't been until recently that he addressed the propsed fight and made it clear that he would be fighting Manny in 2012. That's the first time he's done that since the fight was proposed almost 2 yrs ago.

Actually Pac is doing a charity work. He's giving Marquez an opportunity to make the most money of his boxing career before retiring.

Not gonna spend all day going back and forth with you on this beacuse I know we'll both stick to what we believe. But FACT is Floyd asked for random blood and urine testing up until fight night from day ONE. Pac's team JUST NOW went in the media stating they'd agree, although it's ANOTHER stipulation added by them, no USADA. But Floyd's been VERY suspect. :rofl

You'll come back with something about Floyd stating he's not thinking about boxing, shouldn't have asked for the tests in the beginning or should have just agreed to whatever Pac was offering. Pac's team has come out with various reasons to why they won't agree, offered every cutoff OVER the amount of days Floyd requested, and now out of nowhere is saying USADA would be bias towards Mayweather. But that's not very suspect. :patsch

Manny can't sell a fight like Floyd to be fair. Mayweather is the biggest star in boxing.

Even before the demands Floyd came up with the accusations that we are still waiting for him to substantiate. And PAC has long since come out to the media stating he has agreed to all of Floyd's demands.

It's Floyd who just now has addressed this fight with PAC and saying that indeed he wants the fight and will fight Manny next year. Before then....Floyd's been on an extended vaca, getting engaged and planning a wedding, dealing with a wide variety of legal issues and went as far as to say he no longer had the urge to fight.

I'd say Floyd's be VERY SUSPECT!:rofl And Floyd has NEVER stipulated that PAC has to agree to USADA testing. All Floyd said was important was for random tests based on accusations he created. Floyd doesn't get to dictate everything homeboy....there's give and take so Floyd can't add yet ANTHER reason not to fight PAC.

PAC agrees to be tested at random all the way up to the fight b/c that's why Floyd said was the hold up. PAC has been on record for months agreeing to those demands yet Floyd never mentioned a word about holding PAC to those comments. Who tests PAC is not up to Floyd.

You managed to write 4 paragraphs of what I already said you'd respond with in one. Congrats! :thumbsup 0 blame on Pac, he's been ready since day 1, just never wanted to say it to the US public?. He agreed a LONG time ago, they just felt Marquez would be the better fight this year so they didn't pursue a Floyd fight.

You'll come on here stating something about Floyd being on vacation and refusing to negotiate although it's clearly not true since he negotiated a fight with Ortiz. Face it, if Pac agreed a long time ago like you said and wanted to face Mayweather, they would have contacted his people and stated they agree to any tests. Pac stating that in some off brand interview in another country that we can't even produce a full video of isn't agreeing to testing. But let you tell it, Mayweathers people should have saw that video and contacted Pac's people asking for a fight right?
