    The reasons are simple Sulaiman wants Morales to be the 1st Mexican to be a 4 weight champ and GBP want the winner to defend against Khan in December.Not saying thats how it should be but thats how it is.

    Because Bradley has been offered a unification fight with Khan and he has ran away from it twice with the perception that he has big fights like Mayweather and Pacquiao lined up for him when in-fact he doesn't. In other words, for being very deluded and thinking he is way better than he actually is.

    He doesn't actually have a mandatory challenger. Olusegun-Chebah (final eliminator) has being called off about 20 times and they're scheduled to fight again in September.

    Jose's just making rules up as he goes along.
