    Eh, it was OK. You'll hear some guys saying it was shaping up to be FOTY, but it's just sour grapes because of the unpopular stoppage (DQ win for Despaigne after repeated blatant low blows by Miranda; two points had been taken).

    Peterson is trying to line up his jab but is forced to cover up and block double left hooks by Cayo. Hard chopping overhand right stepping in by Cayo. A lot of erratic movement and hard punching from odd angles by Cayo. Peterson is trying to do tidier work, putting combos together and taking short steps back to set up his work. BIG right hand by Cayo as Peterson is pulling back toward the ropes with his hands down. Cayo watches him and bounces on his toes, before swatting over his back with a left hook as Peterson ducks.

    Cayo lands the first decent shot of the round with a straight right. Good straight right to the body from Peterson. Good right uppercut left hook from Cayo. Another right uppercut left hook from Cayo. Two good hooks to the body from Lamont. Good right hook from Cayo. Peterson landing some with Cayo on the ropes. Fight is heating up folks. I think Cayo got the round.
