Peter's correct last name, of PETER, has been pointed out so many times, you think people would have it down by now.

 

I didn't know that. I'm disappointed too, I think that's a fairly even fight, I'd like to see it.

 

Chambers doesnt like the fact that two good american heavyweights cant land a spot on tv, nor eddie likes the money he's being offered to fight thompson

 

I talked to Eddie Chambers on facebook yesterday. Says he doesn't know who he's fighting, but that he will be back in action soon. Also said he thinks Povetkin will beat Chagaev by unanimous decision

 

I don't get it--this fight could be a classic. Thompson needs to go after Chambers from the get go.

Is it because neither guy is physically attractive? Why are the networks so certain this will be a bust?

Both of these guys are well-spoken articulate dudes who are capable of talking a fight up. Why wouldn't HBO want this fight when the winner will fight Wlad sometime next year?

Why don't they have more fans in their own home-towns and their own countries? Why do they need to fly to Germany to get a decent pay-day? Sigh, maybe they should call up K2 and try to get on the Adamek undercard.

Adamek draws big crowds in the East Coast---we need an American that can do the same thing.
