after such punches guys like McCline were KOed, Adamek wasn't hurt. He was hit, nothing more. Hater.

 

I think Adamek will last 12 rounds but lose in a devastating decision like Haye did because he simply cannot outbox Vitali.

 

I thought Vitali was significantly slower in the Solis fight. Slower in his feet, reflexes, his timing seemed to be not all there. I know it was just one round but that was my pretty strong impression. If that is the case and he really finally got old (as a fighter), I give Adamek a chance. Especially if Vitali is too proud to notice his decrease and will fight too confident.

Other than that, I pretty much agree with the article. Adamek is a natural cruiser (not a light heavyweight) and just doesn't have the style to compete with natural HW's, unlike, say, Holyfield. I can't see how his great heart changes much here, since Vitali's heart isn't "smaller".

In the Arreola fight the commentators got a little over excited when Adamek was off balance but Arreola never is really landing clean hard punches in those moments.The first "wobble" in that video if you rewatch in the second video is a weak arm punch that caught Adamek off balance right as he is trying to throw his own punch.He did get pushed off balance but to say he was hurt is just not true.

 

It's not terrible balance, it's the ability he has to move with the punch, so to lessen the absorbed energy.

 

At this point in time I'd pick Wach over Fury.
