Why does Floyd not understand that looking great is not the same as being great?

    You got it wrong there.

JCC Sr actually ranks higher at 130 than he does at 135.

Well let me pick that list apart a lil' bit.

    Tszyu
    - Injured shoulder by the time him and Floyd were in the same weight class. Lost to Hatton while Floyd beat Gatti. Could have had a showdown but he retired instead. Not Floyd's fault.

    Cotto -
only fighter I feel people have a right to believe he ducked. Even though NO offers were ever made by Top Rank to Floyd about the possibility of a fight so take that for what its worth. Cotto said he was interested but never heard a word from Arum. Also Cotto and Arum wanted no part of Floyd when he is was calling him out at JrWW.

    Margarito & Williams
    - are still possible matchups depending on where their careers go. Neither fighter is on anyone's current great fighter's lists. And they're definitely fading away from being top contenders.

    Mosley
    - ignored Floyd for years while trying to secure the money fights. By the time Floyd got close to his weight class Shane went on to fight Oscar. Floyd still kept calling out Shane and don't even get me started on the whole tooth ache crap. When Floyd became the money maker then Shane wanted to finally fight and people's hatred of Floyd was the reason for all the bull**** ducking talk. Either way, they finally fought, Shane got whooped, life moves on.

    Manny Pacquiao
    - will happen soon I hope.

Overall, I think Floyd should stop bitching about the credit he does or doesn't get. He makes millions so who really cares. It just makes him look like a spoiled brat. Ellerbe better do his job and advise him on that ****.

He doesn't even know anything about Julio Cesar Chavez or anything about the history of the superfeatherweight or lightweight divisions, because he's a brainless ***** fanboy who folds like a deckchair as soon as he is called out to explain his own remarks.

    Same ****, different ***** :smoke

u instead focused on my "bias" opinon..

    How is it biased though?

What is so bias about it?

The fact that I list that the guys he fought were ranked 2 and 3 when he came back...(amongst other things)*

There was nothing bias about it...

AND YOU STILL NOT FUKIN WITH IT LMFAO...U STILL BENT ON "ME" AND "WHAT U THINK I SAID":rofl:rofl

This popkins is a PAC nuthugger who calls anyone who don't agree with his opinion *****s.

Typical bias thread from a long winded poster with no substance.

    130 GOAT??!:rofl
You rank a fighter like that when he fought for only a few years. :hi:

Floyd has done a lot in his carrer but he is simply not a GOAT. Like so many have said, he handpicks his opposition and only has a few legit wins under his belt.

MOST writers put him in their top 2-5 at 130 really..

Some put Flash above him at 130...I got Floyd at the GOAT at 130 and you'll find that many writers, enthusiasts, fans will agree.

He has a beautiful resume, including the only fighter to beat a game Hernandez at 130 at only 19:deal

He fought the best available at the time and was gunning for Freitas and Cassamayor but they wanted no parts..other than that yea man he I'll say he is easily top 4 atg at 130 and..

I wont argue he is goat ..but if u wanna debate about it (im at work so it could be slow) im down to argue that he is easily top 4 atg @ 130lbs:deal:thumbsup:hat

People stop hating on the man. He's been doing his thing from the time he turned pro. Beating Marquez every round after a two year lay off is damn impressive. Marquez didn't seem to have a problem moving up because he knew Floyd was the money man, not to mention Marquez was #2 on the p4p list. Marquez is about to fight Pac at the same weight as Floyd did. So I guess if your going to bash Floyd you mine as well bash Pac as well.

Mayweather's opposition is considered bad, yet people have a wankfest over Manny fighting his left overs
