154: If Cotto beats Sergio.....

    IF( a BIG IF) this fight was to come off, and Sergio actually makes it down to 154, would this be a HUGE feather in the cap for Cotto?

    Sergio says he can still make 154 and be competitive, so it would be a huge feather in Cotto's cap indeed.

    When I asked this same question substituting Pacquaio for Cotto, most respondents wouldn't give Pacquaio the same credit for beating Sergio at 154.

    Cotto beating margarito next + sergio at 160+ adding 4th division title= atg he can retire then.

    Cotto gets destroyed by Martinez but if by some miracle he won it'd be massive and the best win of his solid career....it would guarantee HOF

    you know ESB's drill. it would be a huge achievement and cotto would not be able to beat martinez but if ever cotto beats him at 154, make another poll and you would get votes that martinez was drained.

    sorry guys cotto never will be atg just not happening destroyed by margarito and pacman and lost to shane mosley mosley just got robbed.

    I think he beats margarito but gets a beatdown from martinez, im just saying that I think if he somehow wins he is an atg, you disagree?

    What ATG has ever taken the beatings the Cotto took in his prime in his own weight division. And not only that he stopped fighting or tried to survive in those fights.
