i am picking maidana. I think maidana can be outboxed, however he seems to be at a peak right now where he wont be stopped he is just going to keep coming forward like a locomotive. I think in the late rounds guerrero wont be able to back maidana off and will lose a close but non contraversial decision.
I'm thinking Guerrero puts on a career-best performance and outboxes Maidana with a little trouble along the way.
I'm rooting for Guererro because I dislike boxers with shitty technique who rely exclusively on power.
Guererro if he keeps his head on straight, and doesn't opt to try and stand and trade with Maidana too much. If he fights a stupid fight or underestimates Maidana in anyway, he can and probably will be stopped.

Guerrero all day. The gulf in class is very wide and Guerrero has the combination of power, speed, and boxing ability to really **** him up. He's also got a quality Chin that should keep him upright provided that one of those windmill punches does land flush.
