I'm a ******* but I think Manny's in 7 when it comes to technical skills. Put him against a brawler and this 7 will be 10 for sure.....

 

When people say Pacquiao has no defense i often wonder how they must feel to be ******ed.

There are two broad categories that you have to consider: defensive skill and offensive skill.

Mayweather is better defensively but offensively, I don't think so. Offense has an added dimension that even limited fighters can not quantify - power.

Take Edwin valero, based on defense skill, he is probably 3 or a generous 4 but offensively, he is probably on the same scale based on punch selection, variety, etc yet he keeps winning because he got power. That power is unquntifiable when putting assessment of skill. Even the crudest fighter who has one punch power who you might give a mark of 1 can end a fight with just a punch.

same goes for the *******s with lil floyd, so guess yalls aint really that much different
