    One of the best wrestlers and g'n'p artist from the NHB days. Had his problems out of the ring and went downhill fast. But was brutal at his best

    The classic one was the RIP guy - a special forces (right!) unarmed combat champion. Kerr ripped him apart all right.

    TBH that's probably the best. It's pretty rare to get access like that in MMA these days other than behind the scenes training
