What Events would you like to see occur over the next 12 months?

As we all know, events are a serious part of the sport of Boxing and has become an artform as of late. With that in mind, what events would you most look forward to?

Saul Alvarez vs Ricardo Mayorga
The GOAT press conference trash talker vs a pasty ginger. Need I say more? This has the potential to be EVTOTY (Event of the year) just from the pressers. We can all imagine the red-headed stepchild jokes along with Mayorga questioning the Mexican-ness of Canelo.

Odlanier Solis vs Vitali Klitschko II
I'm sure we all remember the stunning, 1 round event win of Odlanier Solis the last time these two met so I understand some people would not like to see it again so soon but I have it on good authority that Odlanier wants to win the fight, event AND the WBC belt and I feel he deserves this opportunity. Hopefullu Vitali won't run away like Lennox Lewis did.

I agree on Solis - Vitali. There's no doubt that Vitali's pride took a huge dent in his humiliating one sided event loss to the Cuban. The man has been regarded as one of the top p4p EVT winners for years, then some young punk comes in and annihilates him inside of a round. You know the big man wants revenge.

I'd like to see Cinton - Mayorga. This is a potential event where you don't need an arena or a ring. Just a desk, some microphones and the world's media. I have a feeling the true boxeo campeon could win this one by making that maricon Kermit cry at the press conference. Mayorga has the sharpest tongue in the sport, while Kermit has the heart of a stillborn baby. Easy press conference EVT win for Ricardo.

I think Rigondeaux vs Gamboa in a "loser returns to Cuba" match would have EVT written all over it.

DrMo, we're still undecided on the EVT result of Chisora vs Fury. Rest assured we are debating this in great depth :good

 

I'd give the EVT to Chisora for his immense rope-a-dope. Far surpassing Ali's rope-a-dope by not actually throwing anything for about 2 minutes in a round and not even moving.

Fury had midget bodyguards at the presser, went riding round London in a horse-drawn carriage with a megaphone looking for Chisora & found Jesus.:deal

Despite all that Chisora didnt train, turned up 15lbs overweight, walked to the ring with an Irish song then put in a picture-perfect performance.
