Ah NO! It means exactly what it says, that he consumes 12,000 calories a day, which you can use to assume he also burns 12,000 calories a day. That has nothing to do with his body weight aside from the measurement. He is burning the energy he consumes so his body doesn't store it.
how do you work out what you have burned.im 18 st but i am ripped. i eat a lot but train everyday so i'm curious what i burn,i eat like a horse so i'm presuming it would be a lot
A cyclist consumes around 8000 calories for 5 hours of competition. A hard boxing training 2 or 3 times a day can easily consume around 5000-6000 calories and your body burns around 3000 anyway for its normal needs
Yea....2.5 pounds per day is a lot but do-able under the right conditions with the right athlete. Think about it....7500 calories......high intensity training 2 or 3 times a day....rigorous strenth and conditioning routines as well as extrem cardio work. I think we aren't on the same page but I'm trying to get you on board.
you can calculate it one day it's not so difficult there are tables for the calories for every kind of nutrition ask your girlfriend maybe she has it in some stupid magazine
At most... your body.... pushed to the max is 5,000 and you would be so hurt from the last training you wouldn't be able to do anything the next day.
obviously that depends a lot on your body weight and on your metabolism. Cyclist are not very big you now. I'm just speaking general stuff I don't have any idea if Pac or any other boxer is juicing or not. Given the fact that the actual tests are bull**** I believe personally that a lot of them do it.
