Interesting point he makes in the beginning of the video as well; [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RU1JjdVPOGE&feature=channel_video_title"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RU1JjdVPOGE[/ame]
or how to hit floyd..something like that.. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqQu8_5OCrQ&feature=player_profilepage[/ame]
He's actually picked up on a few things I have, but put it differently. I haven't thought of some of things he's mentioned, but I've said that you need to turn Floyd into the agressor and don't let him counter you, but you should try to counter him
Never watching any videos from this dumbass again. Just tell me who he thinks is going to win so I can bet on the other guy.
That's exactly what Nazim Richardson's strategy was. The only problem is, Floyd is a much better offensive fighter than anyone thought.
Yeah that's what I thought also. My strategy is to make Floyd lead and counter him, but then he beat the hell out of Mosley, so that makes my strategy look bad. But it takes the right kind of fighter to pull it off anyways
The problem is, Floyd isn't dumb enough to let someone lead him around the ring. There are very subtle ways to get the counter-puncher/runner (whatever you want to call it) to become the aggressor. Floyd has plans A-Z. If one doesn't work, he hasn't plenty more to fall back on. If you try to "Mosley" Floyd and then circle and fight an ambush fight, Floyd won't spend his whole time chasing you. He'll subtly turn you back into the aggressor, or he'll time you on your ambushes. (much like Kelly Pavlik started to do against Sergio Martinez in the middle rounds)
