this has kind of become a 50-50 fight as Matthews has impressed recently and Rees looks to have reached his level.
think your over hyping Derry's chances a bit. he has looked good agaisnt area title opposition. lets not forget he has lost to anyone thats British level.
I can see Rees getting the stoppage before the 6th - he's going to need to get Derry out of there early-ish if he plans on coming in in the same shape he did against Murray. Derry's best bet would be to force the pace and pile on the pressure in the later rounds, can't see him doing that though. Good fight.
