I honestly do not think Manny is on anything. But the camp's actions after the request was made did raise some questions. When they saw the contract they agreed, then changed their mind; then they rejected Floyd's compromise for a 14 day cut-off; then they threw out the super lame excuses (afraid of needles, superstitious, makes him weak).

Had the situation been handled better, I believe less people would have doubts.

You do realize that the BALCO athletes were all happy to be tested because they knew the gear they were on was undetectable, don't you? If Pac is on undetectable PEDs, why would he have a problem with blood testing? All known steroids show up in urine tests. Manny was down with unlimited **** testing. What could he be on?

He won't submit to random testing, first it was needles, than it was because blood weakens him, and now it's because USADA is not neutral.
