My mistake . Posting from my phone on the job .Its kidneys . Look it up. EPO damages kidneys badly . Manny takes stuff for his kidneys . The guys a doper. Its just a matter of time before hes exposed and idiots like yourself wont be around anymore . I love the Micheal Phelps comparison that stupid pacturds have on call to bring up. Phelps is a 6'4 guy who trains in water. Glucosamine or whatever bull**** Ariza is saying that helps Manny joints isnt the reason why Manny is able to do what he does. That **** doesn't make your chin better or give you more power while retaining speed. Go on wishing all you want but the fairytales coming to an end. Sorry to say.

Has anyone who uses Phelps as an example considered that maybe Phelps is on PEDs himself?

Genes control how fast and how many calories you can burn a day, not diet. Diet is important for people who don't have skinny genes, meaning if you naturally get fat then maybe you should go on a strict diet, but if you've had a low body fat percentage your entire life and you can never get fat then even if you eat 10,000 calories a day you'll just burn it off.

In bodybuilding these people are called hard gainers. Their metabolism is so fast that they have to literally eat continuously to gain muscle because immediately after eating their body burns calories and will burn muscle.

It's becoming obvious in here who has no idea what they are talking about when it comes to nutrition and sports.

If you have no idea how proper nutrition works, please don't participate in conversations regarding nutrition and sports.

How did you arrive at the conclusion that 2.5lbs is equivalent to 7500 calories?
