It's very simple. Mayweather agreed to a 10 million dollar penalty for every pound over weight, and we are still not sure if Oac agreed to the tests. The way I see it, the ball has been in Pac's court for a long time now. Pac said he doesn't need the Mayweather fight for his legacy, while Mayweather clearly states NO TEST NO FIGHT! This my friends terminates all future discussion about Mayweather vs Pac. Take the tests and we have a fight!

 

u can't compare the srl/hagler situation to floyd/manny situation.

Nope. Before that Floyd wanted ring size, weight class and larger purse. He got criticized quick. Floyd found that Pac had issues with blood testing close to the fight and he took that window.

Floyd wanted OSDT as part of an agreement in the contract which means it's negotiable. Pac's team countered a cutoff date which is understandable since OSDT is part of the negotiation. ( We are now finding out that Pac really doesn't care about drug testing and it was some people within his team that are contradicting and as a result, people within that camp are losing their credibility. )
