You're suppossed to start counting as soon as the opponent goes to the neutral corner not when the opponent first goes down, Khan took a knee because he had time left according to the ref, he was up at first anyway before 10 seconds.

Khan's Chin isn't Glass but it isn't good either.

Supposedly Simon Brown and Roy Jones were able to hide them for years.

Wrong dumbass! The ref picks up the count from someone outside the ring as soon as the fighter goes down.

People listen to the ref counting and get up before he says 10. Its like when people say that Tyson KO'd Douglas.

Roy’s case was different, I believe. He actually had a reasonable chin. It was only his dramatic weight loss in a short space of time and getting knocked out badly, that led to his chin being permanently cracked.

A referee isn't supposed to start the count untill the fighter goes to the neutral corner, so in your opinion a fighter can knock someone down and just stand over him,
    Go to rules section [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing[/ame]
'When a boxer is knocked down, the other boxer must immediately cease fighting and move to the furthest neutral corner of the ring until the referee has either ruled a knockout or called for the fight to continue'
