I wouldn't argue with the inclusion of Pong, I just wouldn't have him in there personally because of a lack of quality wins in recent years. Miranda, Kameda and Naito since 2008 isn't bad like, but it really could be better to warrant a top 10 place, I reckon. Segura has one very, very good win over a future HOF'er in Calderon, but he doesn't have much either side of that, I know there isn't exactly a long list to replace him, but I think there's a couple of better fighters who warrant an inclusion ahead of him. That's just my opinion though, if the Ring have him in there, it's hard to disagree. Pacquiao Mayweather (Yes, Mayweather ) Donaire Marquez Martinez W. Klitschko Hopkins Bradley Chris John (Yes, Chris ****ing John) Robert Guerrero That's just what I have. The last 3 are arguably interchangable with the likes of Segura, Pong etc... If Guerrero beats Maidana, he goes ahead of John. If Agbeko/Mares winner takes John's place if that happens.
John is past it, and an extremely arguable win over JMM aside, hasn't had a meaningful win in ages(unless a past best never-was like Juarez counts). He's further away than Pong.
Further away than Pong? Johnny's last 3/5/10/whatever wins **** over Pongs in my opinion. One win over Yordan (who I don't rate) is better than anything Wonjongo has done this year IMO. Like I said though, John won't be there for long, Agbeko will probably take his place when he beats Mares.
Last ten Pong has Tokuyama, Kameda and Miranda and then a load of ****, with the possible exception of the guy who's going to challenge Gusano next who ran him close. John's are guys with records who look decent, but they aren't really in all truth. None of John's(Marquez aside, which is again very questionable) recent wins touch Kameda or that version of Miranda IMO. Added to that, Pong is lineal champ of his division and is just a better fighter plain and simple. Resume is not the only criteria. I'd take Ward over John too, and even Agbeko as it stands. And Montiel.
I don't rate the Kameda win much, but you can't fault a W over a prime Miranda. That trumps John's best work, and I can see the argument for Pong being ahead of him. I just favour John based on their resumes being very close, combined with quality of performance in wins, longeivity and consistency (all against a decent level of opponent). Agbeko, once he beats Mares is definetely in, no doubt. It's just down to preference really. No right or wrong answer here. Except for Anselmo Moreno.

Remember when you tried to argue that he was shot? What happened to that opinion? Shows how much my viewpoint has grown on you simpleton, as you now agree that he's merely past best and not "shot" as you put it.:yep I don't like John. So he doesn't get in. Same with Moreno. And Segura.
Also, remember your gem that Rigo would beat anyone in the division with ease but apparently the man who was competitive with him for 12 rounds was "shot" because of a fight in 2009?

Can't really argue with them top 7, when Mayweather returns he will be no.2 on my list also but from 3-7 really there's not a great deal to separate them. Chris John for me has fallen a great deal recently because of inactivity and then 2 routine defences since coming back (I dont think much of Yordan personally). I'd have him around 13th/14th now and have the likes of Ward, Gamboa and possibly Khan in front of him due to taking on the top names in their repesctive divisions in recent times. It's a shame cos he was fairly high up in mine after the Enoki fight and I do like his style as a boxer. Guerrero for me would do well to push top 20, I'm just not sold on him yet. The Katsidis win was decent, I thought he looked poor vs Casamayor and before that I didn't rate him much at all. A good win vs Klaasen undoubtedly but not enough to put him up there p4p imo. Mares will go up there with Ward, Khan & Gamboa when he beats Agbeko in the list of fighters I'd expect to break into the top 10 in the upcoming months. I'd probably have it atm out of them as; Khan Ward Mares (after the agbeko win) Gamboa
