You're right. Johnsons gym hold a Framed picture of Bute Ko'ing Andrade with Lucian's autograph and his thanks written on the glass or the pic itself.

 

I thought he was fighting Sebastien Demers, but it may have been postponed/cancelled. Apparently Demers has some legal issues.

not sure how smart that is...what are we talking about 12 months to 18 months until he fights a super 6 winner? which will be ward...and he wont ward this time either...hes better off just fighting Bute and quit worrying about these business choices that string out for years that are also called excuses

It apparently is being postponed until september. The original fight date was August 5th, then postponed til August 19th, and now September.

 

He openly expressed his interest in fighting both Ward and Froch again, and him capturing Stieglitz title not only makes it a relevant fight, but a unification bout of 3/4 major belts, and a chance for Kessler to rematch either one of these two galiant warriors.

It's not only business wise, its plain understandable, since he desperately wants to fight Ward again.

 

After all, maybe Chris Mannix was right last week about Bute vs Johnson. He talked about a possible fight before the end of the year.

And he's a disgrace to the white race and makes us look bad so **** him. And he clearly doesnt care too much about his daughter by spending a majority of his life at the bar getting **** face and doing coke and pulling out of fights that put food on the table for his daughter. The life insurance money will probably be better for his daughter then him drinking and snorting her college fund away and having a greatttt role model to look up to. Just hope her money is a better human being then him.

Fellow Canadian Demers. Dirrell should make quick work of him and I dont see a problem with him being ready for a fight in November or December.

 

Can't believe Pavlik made his hometown fans pay for his delusion he worth more than 1,5M after the Martinez schooling. I was supportive of Pavlik's comeback and was happy to see Arum's willingness to put togeather an out-of-stable fight yet Kelly sabotages something that would've made his fans proud and us all happy.

Only in boxing something like this can happen. It comes with a prize for Pavlik too however, he's just about lost all his remaining fans and his stock further dropped. After the Williams farce and all the troubles and this incident, who the **** would risk wasting their time with Kelly?

Has Pavlik pulled out of more fights than he's actually fought in the last couple years? 2 dates with Williams, the fight on the Pacquiao undercard...and I think he pulled out of another.

 

With the money Showtime is going to be throwing at Frock or Ward if they win I sure they will throw that WBC belt in the garbage and fight Bute. Kessler can wait and fight the winner of that fight.

And that WBO belt shouldnt give Kessler any more leverage then he already has. Beat Steglitz means nothing the guy his a horrible title holder.
