No Even if he beats Ward, Bute, Kessler 2, Cleverly, that would be HOF material but Hopkins still ahead of that.
Hopkins ruled the MW division adding to his reign:- Beating reigning champs in Trinidad, Hoya, Holmes, Joppy Beating former champs in Daniels, Brown, Jackson, and the above. Beating future champs in Johnson and Hoya. Froch aint beaten no reigning champ, until (IF) he beats Ward. He beat former champ in Johnson, Abraham and Taylor, and beat future champ in Pascal. As you can see Hopkins is ahead of Froch, and we havent even began discussing Hopkins controversial defeats to Calzaghe and Taylor, or even his work at LHW. Froch is still like 28 - 1, while Hopkins has had like 50 wins. They are non comparable atm, or even if Froch beats up Ward Bute and Kessler 2.
Good post dude. I thought Froch beat Kessler. If like you said, Froch beats Pascal Taylor Dirrell Kessler Abraham Johnson Ward Bute Kessler Cleverly What would be the wins from Hopkins that would match these 10 wins dude, baring in mind that I would still consider Froch undefeated?
Froch has a great number of quality wins. However SO does BHOP, and more to the point BHOPS legacy is also based on longevity. How many dudes can fight at an elite level for as long as Nard has? Rule multiple divisions, beat the best, and still be elite at the age of 47? He's a marvel, and will be hard to surpass due to his achievements, not to forget his 20 middleweight title defenses.
Froch will need to beat Ward Beat Bute Move to LHW and beat Hopkins. Defend title several times against men like Cloud, Dawson and Cleverly. If he does that above, I think he would surpass ole man River
