Because Vitali kept moaning like a classless brat during the post-fight press conference, punching Lewis in the arm asking for a rematch. And then, when Lewis decided to retire Vitali kept repeatedly whining about Lewis not honoring the rematch that he promised. That would be enough for any man to defend himself and respond why Lewis did what he wanted and had the right to do. If you can't get motivated you don't fight. And Lewis couldn't because at his worse he destroyed Vitali's face.

 

Lewis is one of only 3 HWs to beat every man he ever faced. What's so difficult about that to understand?

McCall beat himself; Lewis didn't do **** except show up, which is more than he would do for the rematch he promised Vitali. Vitali beat his ass the first time BTW. What's so hard about watching the fight?

Comprehension too big of a word or something? Lewis is one of only 3 HWs to beat every man he faced. That doesn't mean he's undefeated, it just means he beat every man he faced. If you still don't get that. McCall in the rematch & Rahman in the rematch. Of course, I don't have to mention Lewis TKO6 Vitali, right? It's quite an impressive feat. Also says he knew when to quit.

 

I'll give him that. He knew to quit because he just got beat. Lewis was losing the fight on all cards. You can continue with the tko in 6 chant, but it is a hollow win for shallow fans.
