Johnson is much better than Pavlik for Bute

    All things go right for Bute.Pavlik would have been an almost as contested victory as the last three fights for Bute,from which, let`s remember , two were mandatories.With or without this fight Pavlik was finished.When you have many mil. in account you can afford to be jealous on Kessler regarding the offer for the same fight.
    A Froch like victory over Johnson from Bute in the fall or even an easier one and all haters should take a well deserved vacation.

    Mendy


    1 and 3 were mand. 2 was the best option available.

    ALL HATERS WILL TAKE A BREAK AFTER BUTE FIGHTS JOHNSON.

    Brinkley was no mandatory contender.. Magee was another random picked no hopper. shot semi retired Mads Larsen must have been the only top100-150 guy Magee has beat in ten years or so..

    No, not these ones.The people who repetedely affirm he is not even Top 5 in division, etc are...
    Having not yet the opportunity to fight the best but being close to a big fight of three belts unification is not waste, it`s buliding if you ask me...

    Johnson would be a good fight if there are no other options, and Johnson is a worthy challenger to anyone. The guy can adapt against almost any style of fighter, and Bute would be no different.

    I'd rather see him fight Dirrell though since he is a young, slick fight, of which BUte could use to tune up for his fight with Ward.

    Magee was the choice of Showtime, being European champion.He was obviously the best of these three opponents, and I reffer only to the fights with Bute.Interbox was upset cause they wanted Kessler.You can see the conference for that...

    no one because its not true Mendy has been Lucys mandatory since that fight with Bika and Brinkley never won a final eliminator and has been ranked second behind Mendy, who has been the mandatory contender, when Lucy voluntarily defended his paper belt against Brinkley..

    I feel for the guy reminds me of Calzaghe back in the day but hes trying harder than joe did to get big fights.

    This is only recently though around super six and if he had of stepped up earlier he would have been in position to be undisputed no 1 in division and therefore supersix would have needed him or lost all credibility
