How did you score it, Slip? I can’t see a good argument for a Hopkins win other than that he scored the KD and landed harder punches. He was soundly outworked down the stretch.

Klitschko-Haye was a good fight. It doesn't seem fair to call it boring. The underdog lost, which shouldn't come as a big surprise, but he never looked out of the fight in the way most other Wladimir opponents look after a few rounds

I'm surprised there's so many votes for Mayweather vs De La Hoya.

It was absolutely awful - Oscar spent all night hitting fresh air and chasing Floyd, who when he bothered to throw punches looked impressive.

Was kinda like a rich man's Nelson vs DeLeon.

    My first selection......

I've never heard anyone suggest they enjoyed Marquez vs Casamayor

I enjoyed Mayweather v De La Hoya due to the clinic Floyd put on.

A lot of people thought Oscar stopped throwing the jab, but once Floyd got his head round it, it became useless. Punch Stat's show Oscar threw more jab's in the second half of the fight than the first, which warrant's Floyd making it useless. Also near enough everything Oscar threw at Floyd was blocked to perfection, everything hit gloves and arm's, be very rarely caught Floyd with anything clean.

Also Floyd buckling Oscar's leg's at 154 was something nobody seen coming

Yeah, that fight never get's any love. It's a good fight though, you can't go wrong with 2 fighter connecting on each other with punches at the same time, consistently. And any Marquez fight is a good fight.

I've watched it a couple of times during my spell in the Bermuda Triangle.

It's not a great fight by any means, but definitely a good one - Kessler/Froch level if you ask me.

Marquez was very careful not to play into Casamayor's hands, who was in turn effective in preventing Marquez from timing him as quickly as he usually can.

    The finish is quality too.

:huh Clinic? He barely did **** all against a lethargic, past prime opponent. One that, as all of his best wins have, came straight at him.

Hahahahahaha. Now that was a tickling contest.

I remember me and some mates re-enacting it it the playground the Monday after. Needless to say, no-one got hurt.

    :D

He did more than "barely **** all".

Floyd's fight against Oscar was a good showing in defensive fighting. Fair enough Oscar's best year's were behind him, but he went upto Oscar's weight, in a ring Oscar picked, with gloves Oscar picked, etc etc and beat him.

The way he made Oscar hit nothing but gloves and arms was enjoyable to watch

    El Maachi vs Witter.

It wasn't quite boxing but I found it entertaining.
