becasue he knows it will get him a title fight if he wins. if he goes to Ward, Froch or Bute with a belt he has bargaining power. not saying its right but its obviously what is managment are thinking.
He seemed to come across well in interviews too:think I hope he's tucked some money away as I can't see him making the big bucks again.
Not sure Pavliks beat him twice doesn't seem much point. IMO Stranger things have happened though. I would still like to see him in with Abraham, crossroads fight for both of them.
Money is unlikely to be an issue.. As the article said - it's unlikely Magee's first defence will be in Ireland, it will be a case of the opponent paying Magee to travel - not the other way around
