Where does Froch stand in current P4P?!

Where do people currently have Froch in terms of P4P? I have him in the top 10. If you compare him to someone like Tim Bradley he has beaten better oppenents than what Bradley has at his weight division and he is around number 8 in most publications.

If Froch beats Ward he could well be in the top 5 P4P fighters in the world. Who honestly ever thought that Carl Froch would be one fight away from becoming one of the best boxers in the world?

    Anywhere between 8-12 is reasonable.

Technically he's not brilliant, or rather doesn't look brilliant..... but he's got something in every department. A long, thudding jab, can throw both straight and looping shots to head and body..... and take a fair punch too, though he's average at best on the inside.

If he beats Ward there's definitely an argument for him being slightly higher, if he then takes care of Bute or Kessler (or even both) he's got to be in the top 5, as he'll have cleared out a top quality division single handed.

Froch does allot of things well fans don't notice. He is like the Claude Makalele of boxing.

in terms of resume as you said he is close to the top 10. If he beats Ward you gotta put him top and if he beats Kessler and Bute you gotta start talking about him as an ATG.

Good list. I see Mayweather is missing; assuming he beats Ortiz, where do you slot him in?

His resume would be current top 5 if he beats Ward.

Hopkins, Pacquiao and Marquez still stump him in that respect.

If he beats all three he'll be the best SMW ever, without question.

Just inside top 10 for me

The run of fights he has been on for this day and age is amazing.
