    How do boxing purses work? Is it HBO or the promoter they're using that gives them the guarantee money?

    Pac already agreed with OSDT. I can't imagine him accepting a smaller purse though. If Floyd makes this a roadblock again, the fight will never happen.

    Another indication that he will duck Pacquiao to fight Khan.

    pac is already ducking him, pac attends to fight floyd first in court rather than the ring :rofl

    I wonder if pac asks for a catch weight in court?

    And this is why Khan shouldn't have fought Bradley.

    Pac wanted to fight floyd at 147. Floyd wanted the fight at 154 ( both are welterweights while Floyd already fought at 154 and Pac at the time, had his first real fight at welterweight against cotto ). Who's ducking who? :lol:

    Bradley should stop being a ***** and fight Khan. Bradley has more chance of fighting Pac than Floyd coz he has a very small fan base.

    1.4M buys, $60(?) each = $84M + gate and ****. $40M up front sounds a bit much but it's plausible, I guess.

    From what I understand the money goes like this

    fans --> cable/satellite distributors --> HBO PPV --> Promoters --> fighters

    Show me an article. I read during the first negotiation that FLoyd wanted to have the fight happen at 154 and it did not come from roach.
