Old and post-prime Lewis dragged out a close but clear win against the young strong Vitali.
Chances are, in a rematch Lewis would be that bit older and that bit worse whilst Mr Klit would be that bit better and stronger. Why on God's green Earth should Lewis take the additional risk?
