I actually started a thread on this a while back. I don't rate Khaosais resume much at all, but there a few decent scalps on there. Mijares has some quality scalps, and a similar H2H level as Khaosai. I reckon they're pretty evenly matched tit-for-tat.

In a fight between the two, it's a toss up. I'd probably go for Khaosai to bulldoze Mijares late. But as you know, I'm also a big Mijares fan and can also envision him bamboozling Khaosai down the stretch and winning on points.

    Khaokor>>>>Khaosai all day long

Here's one: At Bantamweight, Khaokor Galaxy would muller Nonito Donaire :hey

I think as long as Mijares didn't get stupid against Galaxy he'd beat him, and when have we ever seen Cristian fight stupid? Khoshai may well be the strongest ever at the weight in a purely physical sense, but he hasn't got the style to defeat Mijares I don't think. Darchinyan-types are Mijares' kryptonite, as he had a fair bit of ring savvy and awkwardness to go with his power and aggression, Galaxy wouldn't be able to implement that physicality though because he wouldn't have the smarts to do it, he's not the kind of fighter than can stop Mijares from finding a rhytym, and I think Cristian would find it after a few rounds and be able to counter pretty effectively for the most part while avoiding the Thai's wild swings. Of course, Diamante does leave himself somewhat open to the body when he isn't being hit there consistently, and that'll bother him in the late going, but it'd be too little too late for Khoshai in my opinion, and Mijares would take the decision.

    He was old school :fire

And yes, Floyd is a poor Welterweight champion in the grand scheme of things. With a win over Pac that changes of course. This is very much the Johnny Wilson-Harry Greb of our era ;-)

    I agree.

His hating of the organisations is top notch.

I think he was exceptionally over confident early on against Vic. He never had a chance after that.

Khaosai, being a convert, was fairly awkward as well. He wasn't just a clubber.

His Twin on the other hand ;-)

Adam Smith isnt that bad, he's just quite nerdy, very unalpha male and a little odd. He's a good guy though, doing a decent job and I like him.

I just really think Galaxy would bulldoze him, for lack of a better description. As Flea sad. He may not be as awkward as Crabchinyan, but he'd be coming through Mijares quite a bit and looping punches.

    -------------------------

    Flea:

As for the idea Donaire is ever going to be mullered by anyone in history at bantam and below, I laugh at that idea. Not happening, I struggle to see anyone beating him let alone mullering him to be frank. Even my man Jofre, whats he gonna do with him? The guy is massive and lightening on his feet, he just ****ing stings you with missiles from way outside your range. His combination of handspeed, natural timing is just numbing and he raises his game against the best.

Not awkward to the extent Darchinyan was. Overconfident, as much as I love him(yes?), Mijares was never winning that fight for me, even though he is>Vic.

That's the way I see it transpiring anyways. He was awkward to a degree, but didn't possess the kind of savvy Darchinyan does.

Only fight I've seen of him.

Agreed about Max I like how HBO will criticize referees openly and judges. Harold Lederman contributions are always on point. Larry is still a racist.

Not just about savvy, its quite possible he could just bulldoze right through one way or another. He's on a different level to guys like Arce. And for me, its not hard to find Mijares. It might be hard finding his head, but you can find some part of him because he's more about slipping than moving, and thats all Galaxy needs to get a foothold and feel like he's in the fight. Mijares has the problem of not being able to hurt his man and thats a very tough thing against a fighter like Galaxy that can hurt him. Mijares would have to be perfect throughout or he'd be out on his ass in the end.
