Mine's a Unanimous Decision win for Miguel Cotto, Cotto seems to have bounced back well from the defeat to Pacquaio with two wins on the spin, Margarito looked all but finished after Pac was done with him, there's a lot of mystery surrounding the first fight and it's very possible Margarito was using illegal handwraps.

I see Cotto boxing smart and using his skills with a 12 round game plan and not getting caught up in a slugfest, Margarito may not have much left after the Pacquaio fight after the beating he took and the injuries he sustained.

Could be a fight of the year candidate.

Should have been made a few years ago. If both are not shot Margarito wins that fight 9/10

I dunno what to make of it. Cotto has slipped a lot since the first fight, but so has Margo. The weight and the styles probably favour Margo.

    So Margo. I guess....

Same result unless Cotto's found a way to hurt him, which I doubt he has.

    Kinda unpredictable.

    1. What has Margarito got left?

    2. Is Cotto stronger down the stretch at 154?

Also, its clear margarito didn't just have his number cos of loaded gloves, though that would have certainly quickened Cotto's decline in that one. Cotto was not comfortable throughout under that type of sustained pressure.

    Margarito will stop him again.

There's no proof whatsoever that he was cheating in the first fight, it's all conjecture. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't.

It doesn't change the fact that Margarito has the correct style to defeat Cotto without possessing the brilliance of a Pacquiao type fighter.

Margo wins sadly, rewatch the 1st one and Cotto is in trouble very early on, getting hit hard from the 3/4th onwards, unless margo is shot to **** now his style and workrate will do for Cotto

yeah I agree with most, I just think it's a poor style match up unfortunately for Cotto. The only way I can see a different winner is if hand wrap are shown to have been a major reason why Margarito wore him down. Otherwise, I can see Margarito eventually getting to him and wearing Cotto down with head and body attacks as I just don't feel Miguel has lost a bit of that sharpness as a boxer which was giving him such a good lead in the 1st encounter

Oh and Margarito never used illegal hand wraps for Cotto fight.
