He doesn't walk through any of the other guys I've seen. He bullies and turns them yes, but he throws odd combinations, uses economic movement to set the pace and changes his tempo as he pleases. He's fairly hard to hit as well (he's hardly ponderous), completely different from his brother stylistically (and a decent, i not truly concussive puncher IMO, but a solid hitter no doubt)

I couldn't give a **** that he's Thai either, I was into him before I'd had the notion of going on holiday over there. He is just a quality and underrated fighter. Two times I've seen him against top-notch opposition he has completely dominated them, with a seemingly formidable style.

And no Jpab I won't. I don't nuthug many, I'm hugging him. I'm sick of people thinking Khaosai was superior.

Mijares had some talent but I believe Vic was always going to be his daddy and has done more overall.

 

I would think thats probably the commonly held opinion, but I'm not sure. I really think Carlos could have troubled him with his movement and superior punch placement.

Wank against Mayorga, brilliant against Margarito and wank in every fight since then, actually beyond wank against Pacquiao.

I wonder how much juice Shane used through his career, and also how much the beating he got against Forrest affected him. He was definitely a changed fighter afterwards.

Still, I think stylewise it's Shane's fight. As strong as Margarito, could take the punches no problem and had sufficient stamina for the pressure. Plus he could overwhelm him with volume. Not sure I believe the punchstats that were published but I fail to believe that he only landed 170 shots in the fight.
