Then I dont see a problem. Arum said taht a WADA approved agency would handle the testign in the phillipines. This is teh second time in a row he's said they agree to full random testing. So like I said , the way I see it it's up to Floyd now.

 

Of course there are no negotiations. Floyd is callign Manny out when he's already signed to fight somebody. Prior to that, Floyd was taking another 2 year lay off. So if you wanna blame somebody for not negotiating it's Floyd.
