Sugar Ray Leonard was a calculating fraud who picked his opponents very carefully, and was even more careful over when he fought them.

Even I don't believe this but I'm trying to get a rise out of somebody.

Oh - Hitman - feel free to criticise boxers and trainers as you like. So long as it's constructive and fair. That includes piling into Mayweather too. He's fair game.

And then they would have fixed it so that Pac wins the first fight and Mayweather wins the second, just so there could be a rubber match and more money would be made:deal

People who say that they watch boxing on mute so they can score the fight better are either liars or idiots.

What about the fact his knee had disintegrated on the inside? Would that have been made irrelevant by the fact it was being supported by a sturdy ankle?

Giovani Segura would have a very reasonable chance of stopping Moruti Mthalane :D

Contrary to conventional wisdom, Moruti Mthalane is not Nonito Donaire's second best win, it is his third.:yep

Also, Moruti Mthalane would beat Giovani Segura. He would also beat Pongsaklek Wonjongkam and Ulises Solis. He is the #1 at flyweight and if his more active/gets the fights he will prove it.

I can see the argument for Mthalane beating Segura. But don't you think Mthalane's susceptibililty (It's not a massive flaw, but I noticed it) to body shots, and his lack of head movement could lead to him getting warn down against someone as hard hitting and relentless as Segura? I know Segura wouldn't have much success headhunting, his shots are pretty wide and looping, so Mthalane's tight guard would protect him from that sort of onslaught, it would take a sharp piercing puncher to land consistently on Moruti's head. But his body seems to be there for the taking IMO, and Segura knocked out a very good mover (although slightly deteriorated, still great) in Ivan Calderon with body shots twice, so we know he's very able at throwing and landing them to effect.

I'm not saying Segura would beat Mthalane, I'm just saying that he would have a good chance, possibly better than anyone else in the Flyweight division. What do you think?
