Holt knocked him almost clean out with the butt though. Sosa was just shook by Mayol, the punches finished it off.

If they fought again tomorrow, I'd pick Rodel to stop him again.

 

Come on mayne, he was more than 'shook', he was full on jolted by it, he wasn't trying to buy time by not getting up, he was severely hurt by it.

You could see him fight immediately more defensively.

 

Fair dinkum. But it's not on the level of Holt/Torres, not even close if you ask me. I honestly think Sosa would have made it to the end of the round against most other fighters at the weight, he doesn't seem too badly out of it. But maybe that's just me :conf

 

I also think that Luis Gabriel Garcia with a chin would have possibly been a great fighter, so I don't know if my opinion should be held in any sort of decent regard.
