Not one for these long term bets, but:

Shane Long Championship top goalscorer - 12/1

Lethal striker. Best player in this division by a distance.

It's whether he stays in the division though isn't it. I'd be shocked if no Premier League club were to get him before the transfer window closes

So it might be worth waiting on that. You might even get a better price if he hasn't scored many after the first few weeks.

Leicester going in for him is a strange one for me. It doesn't seem to fit in with Sven's policy of buying anyone he tried to cap for England or who didn't do it for him at City :huh

    Sven and Leicester are ****s.

Reading will win the league at a canter. Or Reading +11 can be had at 18/1. E/W terms being 1-4 1/4. Solid bet.

Leicester poached their captain though. It won't matter he's **** just vocal. England loves a John Terry type limited ''heart on sleeve'' player. Or ''good old fashioned English <insert position>''. Pure cliches.

I'm struggling to think of a striker in the Premiership who has better movement than Shane Long. Maybe Hernandez. He's that good.

I'd like to see the odds on West Ham not getting promoted. A lot of pundits are making them out to be nailed on for going up but I just don't see it at all. Fat Sam is not the man to take them back up me thinks, he should have stuck to what he was best at- making teams hard to beat and fcousing on keeping someone up.

I'm not brave enough to comment on West Ham/Allardyce. Some managers, Neil Warnock for example, have had success in the lower leagues with rank tactics and/or some brutal players. I hope Parker moves on from there.

Aye, I'll have a bit of that.

Just need to get the money into my account before the price crashes.

had millwall to win, price seemed pretty silly, 3.50/1, 2-0 up and let me down in last ten minutes.
