Of those 3 in their primes, I think Castillo was the craftiest, and maybe not least in toughness. Hatton was a decent infighter for sure, but he wasn't using his head at all in that fight (not making excuses, but he wasn't always brawling head-first like people claim.) Castillo would know what he was getting into, cut off the ring effectively (as Hatton had some success with before getting rocked and dropped, and which Margarito lacks some subtle skill and quickness in) and try to feint his way inside before doing damage. It's not the right style for Pacquiao, unless you are a top 20 ATG swarmer or something, but he would still give him a good fight considering how his own talents match up against Pacquiao's inside weaknesses.

    ****ing idiot :patsch:rofl

And I think Pac will be too fast for Castillo and will beat him up to a late TKO.

Although I'd pick Pac, his one fight at 135 isn't enough to convince me he could annihilate the beast of the division....close decision for Pac

Can you please share with those of us that aren't insane this success Hatton had in the first 80 seconds of the fight?

The same "success" (while it lasted) Hatton had with Mayweather.

Hatton has very agile footwork, and was easily cutting off the ring against Pac and Floyd, making them uncomfortable. Look at the 2 sets of feet in those 2 fights and see how often Hatton is so close to them.

It's just too bad that Hatton has short t-rex arms, there's no way he would have competed at the highest level trying to stay on the outside and box with those short arms.

Also, I believe the combination of Hatton's blowing up in between fights lifestyle, and the Kostya Tszyu fight took away most of his punch resistance.

He was eating bombs from Tszyu all night and didn't appear severely hurt. Now he's getting rocked by Lazcano, Collazo and Floyd?

I say the 2005 Hatton would have lost a decision to Floyd, and either get himself stopped in the late rounds against Pac or lose a decision.

Castillo>Floyd>Manny>Castillo styles make fights. This is at 135 of course.
