How much credit you're gonna give to Lucian Bute if he manage do Knock Glen Johnson Out and how much if he succeed in Knocking him Down for the first time. The "old man" how some hater are now referring to Glen trying to downplay him has recently been in the ring with one of the best SMW's and in the same time one of the most powerful ones, having a good performance and making it a close fight.

In a way it will be impressive because Froch who's a highly rated SMW couldn't do it.
But Johnson is old thats a fact.

In those 68 fights he fought world class guys like:
    Hopkins
    Dawson
    Froch
    Cloud
    Tarver
    Roy Jones Jr.
    Ottke
    Woods

None of this guys have at least manage to put him Down.

Coffe has a good chance to stop Bute late if he works him out hard in the early rds.

If Bute did KO Glen, I think it would be big.

But expect people to say that Glen was fighting below his natural weight if that happens.

I think Johnson walks Bute down. Not so sure about winning but Bute will take a beating.

Il give credit where it is due, and if Bute manages to actually drop Johnson I will applaud him for it.

Johnson is not hard to hit, his defence isnt pernellesque. He has taken punches clean to the jaw, but even in his 40s he is proving to have an iron beard. Respect to that

Yeah, Bute definitely deserves credit if he stops Johnson; however, I don't see this happening. But Johnson is out of his prime, so I'm sure people won't give Bute his credit if he does manage to stop Glen.

The referee stopped the fight but he wasn't out or down, and never showed that he was about to be... in that particular fight, he just wasn't trowing punches.
