I don't know about dominance,but Ronald certainly has a shot,as he's a southpaw,a great defensive fighter,has a granite chin,and a high boxing IQ.
Hearns. Too much power, speed, and knows how to use his height as good as any. Reaction time was unreal. Also for being tall guy one of the few that actually went to the body. That would play a big role in slowing down Winky. Tommy by UD, but would be competitive.
Competitive fight. But would take Hearns because of his versatility in being able to fight off the back foot.
Hearns at 154 would outbox Winky. And I believe Winky was a great boxer. Hearns was a better fighter at that weight. One of the greatest of all time, head to head at welter or Jr. Middle. He clearly outboxed Benitez at that weight and brutally KO'd Duran in one round. There is no chance at all that Winky would win in dominant fashion at Jr. Middle. None.
hearns ends up knocking winky out. wright doesn't have enough offence to worry tommy. hearns would keep it long and let the big shots go. he knocks winky out between 4 and 7. if it did go to points, it would be wide in favor of hearns. wright doesn't win this fight at all. no chance.
I think H2H Winky is a problem for anybody at 154. That said I think Wrights best wepon is his jab, and Hearns out jabs him, I'd take a close Hitman UD.
I can't see Winky being able to keep Hearns off of him with his jab and Hearns has the power to smash through Winky's guard. KO for Hearns
