He was 28 when he died(R.I.P). How much more better could he have got? Also how much could he have achieved considering hed most likely have a short prime with the style he had.
either..but more p4p. ones you've seen with your own eyes.. Like for example, some people rates Floyd's talent and skill as THE best ever. But I'm pretty sure, there were boxers out there that had just as much athleticism and natural talent as Floyd but they just didn't make it to the next level. I'm looking more at the amateur ranks..

I credit Hagler a lot for switching it up and turning into a bull against Hearns, more so than I blame Tommy. Hearns did try to get some distance and range midway through the first, and especially in the 2nd, but couldn't keep it.
Apparently (according to Hearns and Steward) somebody gave Tommy a fat leg massage just before the fight which weakens the leg muscles Therefore mentally Tommy thought he had to end it early because his legs would turn to rubber in the late rounds
I dont believe hearns could have done anything to keep hagler away from him, at best hagler would slow down and lose the fights on cuts a little later, but he had to much power for hearns to keep him away, the more I watch that fight the clearer it gets hagler would rarely lose this match up.
