Should Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 be for the linear welterweight title?

I think it should. Its obvious Pac is the best welterweight since Sugar Ray and Maquez is the best available welterweight. I think the Ring should sanction the fight for the welterweight title. Maquez is top 5 pound for pound and fighting at welterweight and since no one else at welterweight wants a piece of the GOAT the figth should determine who is the man at 147 lbs. I think Pacquiao destroys Marquez again and wins his 5th linear title. What do you guys think?

I do think he is nr.1 in the division but its not fair to hand him the 147 lineal title at welter when he faces 135 lineal champion marquez, it can only happen vs the nr2 welter and at this point its ortiz and he is fighting floyd hence the winner of that fight vs pac would be the logical lineal title match up.
