The Knock-Out against Johnson will be very hard to pull off, but I wanted to see if Bute will get any credit for that, and manage to find out that haters all haters and they just won't credit him. The rational folks already said the right thing, that he will be credited for it, while the haters say things that will be a bonus for beating him, and if for example Froch UD the man and a "Bum"-Bute can Knocking him out that doesn't mean Bute's better than Froch ( like I said this will prove that) :huh
Ward almost never KOs opponents. So in your world we could go back an find someone ward UDed and see what bums managed to KO that person... Then that fighter would be elite because he stopped the bum and Ward won an UD?

    :patsch

JoeAverage is completely on target with his comment you wee puff.

Some of the more classic examples would be:

    Hagler decision Duran
    Hearns KTFO Duran
    Hagler KTFO Duran

I know its hard to understand boxing, but try to learn it before you spew your garbage, please.

so Froch fight this guys in the super 6 SEMIFINAL and it is a good fight for Froch. Several months later if Bute beat this guy it's just an old finished fart.that tell us what? you guys are morons OR super 6 was a joke to make Ward look good after fighting so many cabdrivers in Oakland.

    :huh:huh:huh

People are suggesting crediting Bute for a win, even a decision win over Glen Johnson, seeing as he's by far the hardest opponent for Bute thus far in Bute's four years as "reigning champion".

Super 6 was a joke to make Ward look good after fighting so many cabbies in Oakland?
Kessler and Abraham are cabdrivers?

Kessler and Abraham are both superior to ANYONE on Butes resume, and Ward not only beat them, he completely dominated them, and should he beat Froch there can be absolutely no doubt Ward is the lineal champion.

Glen Johnson gives everyone good fights.

And he seems very hungry in fighting Bute, perhaps he knows how fragile Bute is in comparison to someone like Froch.

i think Johnson IS a big fat old fart but why nobody said he didn't belong in the super6 in the first place? he is an old fart NOW cause he is fighting Bute,he was alright before..where's the logic?

Abraham is a joke as a SMW,he is even wors than Johnson.

Kessler was a nice win for Ward,i liked the hold-headbutt-hold combos Ward used,a clean legitim win,no doubt :patsch
all those fights were in super 6,Ward never tried to make a fight like Bute.He was given those fights at his home with his referees in a tournament where Ward should have never been invited before Bute, not to mention AA,Green or Johnson. If i make a super 6 for heavyweights and don't invite Wladimir or Vitali the tournament will be a joke..and so it is youre pretios SMW super6 and Ward.

Abraham may be worse than Johnson at 168lbs, but everyone on Butes resume are worse opponents than either Abraham or Johnson, so your argument is void.

Glen Johnson is a big old fat fart who gave Tavoris Cloud (reigning LHW champ) and Carl Froch (SMW phenomenom) hell. Not too shabby for an old fart, eh?

Ward never tried to make a fight like Bute, what do you mean? One of Bute's better opponents (Miranda), Ward toyed with for 12 rounds, employing different angles and stances, pretty much beating Miranda in EVERY department.

Ward dominates elite opponents like Kessler.

Ward has only been champion under 2 years, whereas Bute has been "champion" for 4 straight year, Ward has beaten the likes of Kessler, Abraham and soon to be (likely) Froch.

You give Ward **** because he fights at home, yet he fought Abraham at the Home Depot Center, and is to fight Froch in Atlantic City (likely). But you don't make mention of Bute fighting C-level fighters at home for FOUR STRAIGHT YEARS?!!?!:rofl

    You're an idiot.

Bute is comming back from holiday tomorrow. I-Box said that they will sit and talk this week and make the offer. First choice is Jonhson.
