They dont have to fight for a title. Make it an over the weight non title fight.

Prescott will beat McCloskey, I think. THEN talks of a rematch can be considered more sanely.

If Khan rematches Prescott and loses, so what he rematched him. Shane rematched Forrest and Winky, and we love Shane today. Barrera rematched Junior Jones and lost and we love MAB. Some rematches just have to happen. Prescott/Khan is one of them. Losing is one thing, losing in front of your fans at home is double the damage.

The Buster Douglas that beat Tyson was a Momma's boy that just lost his mom and was just not going to be beat by any man on that night and that version of Douglas hasn't been seen since. There is no curiosity about how a rematch would go.

Now, imagine what Roach is going to have to do to prepare Khan for a rematch. That's right...at some point, he will have to sit Amir down and analyze the footage of the Prescott bout. After that, Amir will need some psychotherapy.

Khan didn't lose after ten rounds of being dismantled as did Tyson. I saw Prescott show a beautifully violent killer instinct against Khan and maybe there is just something about Khan that brings out his best.

Khan is understandably afraid of Prescott and his fans are afraid for him. Everyone knows that Khan has the tools to beat him, but he is going to have to rematch Prescott again because staring down fear is a one of the elements that makes up that special something that is sometimes referred to as "Greatness."

I like the way u worded the thread "i think prescott would beat khan" knowing that a lot of people would say no and then realise after that the question was "did prescott get lucky" which he was! I voted no by accident when i meant yes!

No, Prescott did not "get lucky." He sparked Khan out with well placed, hard shots. There is nothing lucky about that.

And no matter what the average ****** on this forum says, Prescott DOES deserve a rematch. It doesn't matter if Prescott lost twice to other people since then, because he ****ing destroyed Khan. Ok so somebody else beat him. That means that Kevin Mitchell and Vasquez are able to beat Prescott, that's it. Khan himself hasn't PROVEN he can beat Prescott. The only thing Khan has proven against Prescott is that he can get knocked out -- QUICK.

Anybody saying this rematch shouldn't happen is ****in ******ed. There is a reason Khan keeps avoiding this fight -- because under his facade he is scared, and he knows there's a good chance he gets KTFOed again, regardless of what you armchair critics have to say about it.

I would wager that Khan/Prescott II would do better ppv than Khan/Judah, but we got to see Khan/Judah.
    Why?
Khan is scared. What are you so pissed about? I said it is understandable.

i thought the ghosts of presscot where layed to rest after the maidana fight, maidana's a bigger puncher then prescott i seriously doubt prescott could stop some of the fighters maidanas stopped prescott couldnt even take that mongolian kid out and he was ranked outside the top100 but saying that i think prescott size and lanky frame would make for an interesting fight khans never fought a dude whos had height advantage over him

that was 3 years ago unfortunatley.....how long are you gonna hang on to his lone win vs a top ranked guy? how many world title fights has prescott won since he knocked out amir? i'll answer that for you "ZERO"
how many has khan won? 6 with one being a unification fight.....
    NEXT!!!!!!!!!!! :hi:
