Nah, I don't think Vitali is scared of Adamek, Klitschko is clearly the favorite, for good reasons.

All I did was question VK's love for the sport.

But should he lose, which I doubt he will, I know people will talk about political developments that will have had an impact on Vitali and such like.

What? I saw only one, literally one Adamek fan saying stupid (bashing Vitali and Ukraine) things and even making a thread. The others stated that if not fight Vitali, then fight Wladimir, whats a difference?

As i said yesterday, lets way for official statements :good Now everything is clear

Yuo know what? Adamek will have a boxers chance, a real boxers chance against Vitali. I think that boxers chance is much more important than punchers chance. Having only punchers chance make you predictable and one-dimensional fighter in the ring.

I doubt that Adamek may seriously hurt Vitali, but if he lands a clean punch, anything is possbile. However I dont believe in such scenario. He will box, he will move and punch, but he wont brawl. Adamek isnt stupid.

Saying that Adamek couldnt knock out Grant or McBride isnt fair tor Tomasz. He didnt make a try to KO these fighters. Especially against McBride. He was boxing safe, winning every round. Why to risk everything when you are winning every of 12 rounds in a fight? Adamek is an undersized HW and he have to respect every bigger fighter, even such poor like McBride.

Do you really believe that? I know you want Adamek to win, just as I do, but realistically, I think Adameks only chance to win is by decision. Plus, he has to prevent being KO'ed himself by such a formitable opponent.

You think you unmitigate victory eminent you do? I believe in him may not fight Goral. He never face fighter wit skill+will+top conditions because this only equal Goral or a Klychko at heavyweight division! Let's not be afraid, Vitalaevus! Boo hoo hahaha!

Pope...if your refering to me, if you didn't notice, I retracted all the nonsense that I said about the Klit Bro's. What I said was said in a fit of anger after hearing news that VK may delay the fight.

The Klits fans have forgiven me & I hope you'll do the same.

    This is translated from Russian:

Bernd Boente, manager of the Klitschko brothers, said Sportbox.ru that short trip world heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko's WBC version will not be affected or his preparations for battle with Pole Tomasz Adamek, nor the timing of the match.

    - The battle will take place as scheduled on September 11 - said Bente. - The question of cancellation of the fight in general was not discussed. Vitali flew to Kiev for the weekend only, supported the opposition, and by Monday he returned to training camp.

Recall that the elder Klitschko and Adamek to meet September 11 at a football stadium in Wroclaw Poland. But last Friday it was reported that the champion broke the preparation and promptly flew to the capital of Ukraine. In his blog, Vitali said that his trip due to heightened political situation in the country following the arrest of opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko.

Vitali's 40 now and Adamek's a young guy. Vitali is also the better fighter and can be a monster in the ring. I'm very excited for this!

Impossible people like "Jack" were telling us yesterday that Vitali was pulling out and he should give up his belt etc.
