Clearly that belt that Povetkin and Chagaev are fighting for doesn't count.

If you choose someone not on the list say so.

Someone in the WBC ranking probably, when Vitali retires the #1 and #2 will fight for it.

I was thinking that, but I really don't want to even consider some clown like Stiverne grabbing a title. Personally I think Wlad will drop one of his belts before Vitali retires. I think Bonte has already hinted at that.

    Helenius.

When Vitali retires, Wlad should let Helenius pick up the vacant WBC title against someone else, then fight him.

It does count. The WBA has put it on the line as a vacant Championship. It's Povetkin or Chagaev and there's nothing more to it.

No it doesn't... How can you put a championship belt on the line when that belt is already held by an active champion? Chagaev and Povetkin will fight for a worthless paper trinket and there's nothing more to it.

Tyson Fury will be the king of the division once the klits are gone

Oh yeah, so who's to say what, the WBA or an Independent Comitee? If the active champion wants to fight the authorities or throw his own belt to the trash bin, that's up to him. In my concern, there are four or five major titles and commissions nowadays - WBC, IBF, WBO, IBO...and the WBA. So Povetkin an Chagaev are not fighting for nothing or else the WBA has two HW Championships which is something entirely new for me... Klitschko is no longer the WBA titlist, those are the WBA rules I'm sorry.
