Is this another 6 rounder? Seriously, 17 pro fights, a bronze at the Olympics and still fighting cans?

ray mercer was a very rough amateur, powered his way through the olympics...but he didnt even start boxing as an amateur until he was in the army as a 21 or 22 year old .
he got his gold medal and turned pro at 2 months shy of his 28th bday

in his 12th fight former cruiserweight champ and former heavyweight title challenger ossie occasio
16th fight, smoking bert cooper for NABF heavyweight title
17th fight Franseco Damiani - undefeated 27-0 WBO heavyweight title
18th fight tommy morrison- undefeated 28-0 WBO heavyweight title
19th fight larry holmes 53-3 only losses to spinks and tyson

wilder, obviously the guy sucks and has been beat up and prob knocked out in the gym...this nearing his 3rd complete year as a pro... and he is fighting crap like this still? WOW

Well at least I recognize the names he fought. Cedric Boswell, Shannon Briggs, Odlanier Solis, Kali Meehan, Vinny Madalone.

At least it isn't Dustin Nichols.

Wilder is a complete hype job. They build up his "legacy" and then when he faces the first Top30 opponent he gets KO´ed with a 25 (25) 0-0 record against a 30-10 guy. He should give the Klitschkos a call and ask if he could sparr an afternoon with them. That gives him more experience then all of his 17 pro fights within three years together.
