Who would win a hypothetical matchup between 2 boxers who fit this description, given that both had a decent skill level. Give examples.

Too many variables since you've already posted that they'd be at the same skill level without mentioning any other attributes or intangibles. With that said, if you're talking about a matchup between say ... LaMotta and Julian Jackson? LaMotta all the way.

My point is that the TS's hypothetical matchup , in theory, should always end up as a draw or extremely close decision since there would never be a KO.

I don't think you could consider LaMotta "feather-fisted".

Malignaggi vs Khan isn't a bad shout though. Although Khan doesn't have a huge amount of raw power. Khan won because of his speed and skill advantages, but assuming they were evenly matched in other areas I would take the iron chinned fighter to withstand the onslaught of the power puncher and get to his glass jaw at some point.

maybe not the best example, but... Adamek vs. Haye ? However, I'm not very sure if Adamek is feather fisted and Haye has a glass jaw, but it was the first matchup that came to my mind.

I know this isn't the best example, but maybe Hearns vs Hagler. I know Hagler's power is very good and Hearn's chin is decent, but the way the fight turned out could represent what would happen

Well he wasn't a big puncher by any standard so call him what you want. He was a relentless pressure fighter with neanderthal genes but a dangerous puncher he was not.

I like the Iron Chin guy as long as he can "box and move"

Prime Stevie Johnston vs prime Chico Corrales I'd say Stevie by UD
Currently? Chambers vs Fury. Recent examples are Diaz vs Diaz and even tho Lujan isnt featherfisted, he was outgunned by Melligan, but his iron chin, experience, and persistence won him the victory made it one of the most entertaining fights of the year. Lujan vs Melligan

Maidana is not glass jawed. I think that Pauli-Khan is a good example
